My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The location was perfect, very close to I5 N and convenient for exploring the old town, but the neighborhood wasn't the best. The rooms were surprisingly nice, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities like an HD TV, ironing board, microwave oven, large fridge, and safe; however, the proximity to housekeeping was a bit odd. Dining options were limited, with only one jelly packet spread available for multiple days, but at least the continental breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks here and there.

The hotel had a good setup in the rooms and I loved the big TV, keeping the room nice and cool for a good night's sleep. However, the room was not properly sanitized before we arrived, and the shower produced a loud, terrible humming sound. The service was really helpful and friendly, but they never called back after a complaint. The location was excellent, close to the freeway and easy to get to. The dining consisted of coffee only, which was disappointing as the coffee was very light. The facilities were basic but sufficient for my needs.
